Overnight Directions: Works on damp or dry hair. Apply a thin layer to hair, using extra on the ends and massage into your scalp. Brush hair to evenly apply oil. Leave on overnight, or at least one hour. Shampoo out with very warm water or rinse with Apple Cider Vinegar 1-2 times, no conditioner afterward.

Quick Pre-Shampoo use: Apply a light amount to hair and shampoo out or ACV rinse with very warm water 5 minutes later.

Heat Styling or hiding Split Ends: Apply a very small amount to hair or split ends.

"No-Poo" or "Low-Poo" method: Wash your hair with apple cider vinegar, or an all-natural Shampoo Bar 1-3 times a week, and use the oil for a quick or overnight application 1-2 times a week(or as needed).
